It sounds like that the person might have died, and ALL of the kids are dealing with it, without actually dealing with it. And she is angry at Isaac for not even thinking about the grief of the other members.

There is still grief in there, but Isabel, AGAIN, is trying to ignore her feelings on the subject and just hoping that everything can get better.
