Continuing on our heroic path, Xykon is planning to reclaim any one of 4 possible gates that could potentially destroy the world. How you may ask? The Blue-robed chick who kicked the OotS’s collective ass charged them with crimes against existence for destroying one!

That is going to do it for me today.

Jack is still trapped and murdering in jail. Not surprising on the murder, surprising on the “still trapped” part. Thought for sure we will see his break-out this round. I guess there is always next time.

And Jake is talking to Aranea. She said that this was the first time she ever was in the Alpha-Verse, so makes sense she wants to explore Jake’s room. And her being up front about her powers so she wouldn’t seem so underhanded is so unlike Vriska. I wonder what would happen if they ever met up together?

And Jake is trying to play it cool, but yeah he can’t. He is trying, but Aranea is way too pretty for him to stay focused. Plus Ghost-Dirk is way not helping the situation at all. Such is life.

Maybe Aranea would have more information about being a Page? That would be cool to learn.

Yeah, are we sure that Ghost Dirk isn’t trying to ruin Jake’s chances with Aranea? Just saying, competition is fierce here.

You lived on a remote island all your life, this is basically the backstory before the real adventure begins. Have some faith in that.

She went on about how she talked to gods and the universe as it tries to balance itself over billions of years, and from all of that, she is interest in Jake’s life specifically.

It was really nice of her to mention the fact that she has this power. While Vriska would just flat out use it and not care at all if people know or not. Such a different child.

Jake, in all the time I have known you, you were never cool. A dork, adorable, and genuine, but no way in hell were you cool. Keep trying kid.

Probably because our heads are so think you have a hard time getting a sense of who we are.

So powers and abilities are blood-based for trolls, and always were even before the troll-reset, but not everyone with those blood colors have that abilities. I wonder if all the blood-colors have a special type of power, ones that we haven’t seen yet.
