And fuck the time paradox bullshit. I went in length about all of that before, but yeah the Posters are really freaking me out. It’s world-wide gaslighting and John is caught in the middle of it. And I know (don’t lie to me i 100% know) that this time swap thing did not happen until the middle of act 2 at the very least, based on my past archived post. So who the fuck has the power to erase time, and worst, what are they going to plan to do next…

His dad has a lot of clown shit. Like a lot of clown shit. But this is, let’s say at the very minimum, before the middle of Act 2. Where we have confirmation of consistency. Meaning that in one timeline, the dad absolutely fucking love clowns and cakes.
NOW Rose is saying that, because of the fucking poster clown drawings in this new fucking timeline/reality, his dad got all that shit because of JOHN. Like, Fuck No. Not only will this fuck with John’s head over what is reality or not, but Rose thinks that she is in the right because she doesn’t remember anything else!!!!
Ok, reading it 20 times later, I think it means that “You have a thing for clowns, but to protect your sanity you projected this love of clowns on your dad and hated it as a way of distancing yourself”
