Based on the other cards there are 12 rows, each with 4 spots. Each spot can be a 1 or 0, meaning each card has a total of 12 4bit binary numbers.

how binary works is that the spots determine the value. If there is a one, the value is “added.” if a zero, it is ignored. the right-most spot is the value of 1, doubling for every left spot.

So, the value this card has is going to be either “0 0 0 0 0 15 0 0 0 0 0 15″ or   “15 15 15 15 15 0 15 15 15 15 15 0″ and I have no idea what that would mean for John.
