I am trying to figure out if it is passive life is active doom, or passive doom is active life. It could be both to me honest.

Given that Jane revived, I would like to believe she is Hero of Life. And given I never have yet seen a “doom” hero from the Beta-verse, I want to guess that it is Jake. Because currently, he is zoomed to a lava pit of death unless someone helps a brother out.
