Honestly, people can grieve differently in different ways. Maybe Dave really isn’t that shaken up by his Bro’s death, maybe he is but is trying to push through with jokes, or maybe he already grieved and moved on to more serious stuff.

I tend to be the latter, so I know that can be a possibility.
