tldr: She is arguing that Lawful Good doesn’t mean to follow laws blindly, so if Elan’s Chaotic actions help the greater good, then letting them free still makes the court Lawful Good because they are the good for all.

Honestly these two closing statement are very well written.

TLDR: They still destroyed the gate. By the laws of the gods you follow, that is still a crime. The gods have not stopped this trial nor revoked the powers of the guard for arresting the Order, so they are still guilty.
