Again, to restate, Roy is using Elan’s cape and Durkon’s weapons for his new appearance. Just a small thing of another way on how he depends on their help.

This is why Roy is a better Leader than Miko. He might not listen to his team immediately, but at least he depends on them to get the mission done and not think he is able to do everything himself.
